Optimizer Suite is specialized Rectangular Panel Nesting Software for nesting of rectangular cut pieces on rectangular sheets.
The Rectangular Nesting Software is based on highly advanced cutting algorithm, which consistently delivers high yield layouts and is ideal for cutting sheets. The software not only accepts multiple sheet sizes, but also selects the best sheet for the job, generating optimum cutting patterns that not only save material, but also are much simpler to cut further reducing time and cutting costs.
The Rectangular Nesting Software generates optimized cutting layouts in Shearing, Saw Cutting, Cutting with Circular Cutter and De-Coiling operations. Rectangular Nesting Software finds application in varied industries such as Sheet Metal industries, Woodworking, modular furniture etc. The software will drastically cut down the waste, and maximize your profits.

- Optional Modules in form of :
- Material Library Manager helps the user to make the optimum utilization of raw material. This module keeps track of the prime sheets as well as the off-cut material and re-utilizes the same in the next optimization process.
- Product Library Manager is used to keep track of all the products like, name of the final product, name of the component, size of each component, material type, thickness, grade and number of components in the final product manufactured by the organization.
- Label module is provided for defining settings for printing Labels. Labels can be printed only after optimization for each of the layouts generated.
Demo Version
- Click on Download Now.
- File Download window will open. Click on Save button.
- Save the file at the desired location on your PC.
- Unzip the downloaded file i.e. optsuitepe.zip in an empty new folder.
- Run the file SETUP.EXE.
- Follow the steps displayed on your screen until the installation is complete.
- If at any point of time SETUP program prompts for restarting the System then restart the system and run SETUP.EXE once again to complete the installation.
Limitations
This is a demo version of Optimizer Suite - Rectangular Nesting Software. This demo version is fully functional except the following restrictions :
- Allowed Sheet Varieties = 1.
- Allowed Cut - Piece Varieties = 2.
Note
- Varieties are different from Sheet and Panels quantity.
- For trying out a bigger combination you may type in the data in Optimizer Suite evaluation copy installed at your end and send the saved data file via email as an attachment. We shall optimize the data at our end and send back the results to you that can be viewed and printed with the evaluation copy of Optimizer Suite.
