was formed as a software firm in August 1994. Our first major venture was development of Nesting Software, material nesting optimization software for fabrication, modular furniture, glass retailers processors & sheet metal.

We further expanded our activities to everyday Office Apps for network backup, email communications, boosting sales & monitoring employees.

SAMTEC Solutions Private Limited

was incorporated with an idea of catering to a large market needing hosted, browser based customized Business Solutions.

Very soon we ventured into Responsive Website Designing & SEO Services, offering Search engines optimized mobile friendly websites that provides best user experience across devices.

SaaS (Software as a service) optionally introduced for the complete range of Nesting Software. This turned out to be a boon during the Covid-19 pandemic.
